FAQ for Corporate Employee Purchase Program (CEPP)

 

The following reasons could explain why your email address did not work during the attempt to get a CEPP voucher.

  • You may have entered your email incorrectly. Please double check spelling, spaces, and try again.
  • You may have entered a personal email address (public domain) instead of using your work email address. (@abc.com.au)
  • Your company is not a part of the CEPP Program and consequently employee email is not eligible for a voucher.
  • Please email us: enquiry.cepp@Dell.com
