FAQ for Dell Student Purchase Program (SPP)

 

The following reasons could explain why your email address did not work during the attempt to get SPP voucher.

  • You may have entered your email incorrectly. Please double check spelling, spaces, and try again.
  • You may have entered a personal email address (public domain) instead of using your student email address with school domain. (username@academicdomain.ac.in)
  • Your school/university/college is not a part of SPP Program and consequently your student email is not eligible for a voucher.
  • Please email us: Student.Purchase@Dell.com

New SPP member registration

o   For new student/parents without student email address and only have personal email address or your student/university emails is not working, please provide us a valid academic ID, admission letter, or equivalent for verification.

o   In the absence of an academic email, please attach a valid academic ID, admission letter, or equivalent for verification.
