The following reasons could explain why your email address did not work during the attempt to get an EPP voucher.

  • This program is only applicable to Dell employees.
  • You may have entered your email incorrectly. Please double check spelling, spaces, and try again.
  • You may have entered a personal email address (public domain) instead of using your Dell email address domain. (username@Dell.com)
