1. Who is eligible for Member Purchase Program (�MPP�) discount?

To receive the coupon code, you must be a member of a participant organisation. The organization must be enrolled as a member of the Dell Member Purchase Program in Australia.

2. How can I find out if my company is a participant of Dell MPP in ANZ?

Please check with your organisation or email us to dell.epp.anz@dell.com and our team will let you know.

3. Can I apply 2 or more coupons or discounts at the same purchase?

This Program is not available in conjunction with other offers, discounts, privileges, or programs, unless otherwise expressly stated.

4. Can I use the coupon code anywhere?

No, the coupon code is country specific and can only be applied at www.dell.com/en-au

Also, the coupon code is redeemable only on the Dell online store and cannot be used on Dell outlet store or other retail partners.

5. Is there a minimum spend to receive the discount and a maximum spend allowed for purchase?

No.

6. Can the coupon be applied on all Dell products?

The coupon is only applicable on selected products such as Inspiron Notebook & Inspiron Desktop, Inspiron All-in-One, XPS Notebook, Vostro Notebook, Vostro Desktop, Alienware Notebook, Alienware Desktop, Dell G Series Notebook, Latitude Notebook, OptiPlex Desktop, OptiPlex All-in-One, Precision Workstation, and select Dell monitors.

Please check on the T&Cs stated below under Clause 1(a) & (b).

7. There is a discount live on Dell.com, can I use the coupon code on top of the discount?

A coupon code can be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated.

5. Coupon discount is only applicable for purchases in Dell online store at www.dell.com/en-au and cannot be used on Dell outlet store or other retail partners. Dell reserves the right not to give voucher discount if the applicable online Dell store is not operational for any reason.
6. Coupon discount can only be redeemed when the order is confirmed at Check-Out in the Dell Online store.
7. Coupon discount cannot be redeemed after an order has been submitted and confirmed.
8. If you use the coupon and subsequently cancel or return the order, the coupon will no longer be valid, and the respective coupon code cannot be reapplied to another order.
9. A coupon cannot be exchanged, refunded, replaced, or redeemed for cash or payment of accounts.
10. All orders are subject to Dell approval, and it is only considered accepted by Dell after the customer received a written order confirmation.
11. Mistakes: While all efforts are made to check pricing and other errors, inadvertent errors do occur from time to time and Dell reserves the right to decline orders arising from such errors.
12. Dell reserves the right to cancel any order that is placed under wrongful conditions.
