FAQ for Dell Member Purchase Program (MPP)
The
following reasons could explain why your email address did not work during the
attempt to get MPP vouchers.
- You
may have entered your email incorrectly. Please double check spelling,
spaces, and try again.
- You
may have entered a personal email address (public domain) instead of using
your work email address. (@abc.com.au)
- Your
organization/company is not a part of MPP Program and consequently
employee email is not eligible for a voucher.
- Please
email us: dell.epp.anz@dell.com
New member registration
- For employee without work email address and only have
personal email address or
- If your work email address is not working, please provide
us your company name.
