1. Who is eligible for Corporate Employee Purchase Program or Student Purchase Program (�CEPP/SPP�) discount?

To receive the coupon code, you must be an employee of a participant organization for CEPP or a student/education employee/student parent for SPP.

2. How can I find out if my company/school/college/university is a participant of Dell CEPP or SPP in MYSG?

3. Can I apply 2 or more coupons or discounts at the same purchase?

This Program is not available in conjunction with other offers, discounts, privileges, or programs, unless otherwise expressly stated.

4. Can I use the coupon code anywhere?

No, the coupon code is country specific and can only be applied at Dell.com Malaysia or Singapore only.

Also, the coupon code is redeemable only on the Dell online store and cannot be used on Dell outlet store or other retail partners.

5. Is there a minimum spend to receive the discount and a maximum spend allowed for purchase?

No.

6. Can the coupon be applied on all Dell products?

The coupon is only applicable on selected products such as Inspiron Notebook & Inspiron Desktop, Inspiron All-in-One, XPS Notebook, Vostro Notebook, Vostro Desktop, Alienware Notebook, Alienware Desktop, Dell G Series Notebook, Latitude Notebook, OptiPlex Desktop, OptiPlex All-in-One, Precision Workstation, accessories and select Dell Monitors. 7. There is a discount live on Dell.com, can I use the coupon code on top of the discount?

A coupon code can be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated.
