Received Error code: “No coupons available at this time”
This error means that you have requested the limit of 3 coupons this quarter, or that the specific offer has expired.
Received Error code: “Oops something went wrong, please click on the FAQ.”
Please ensure you are using your company email address.
This error pops up when your organization(email domain) has not been registered. Reach out to Canada_MPP@Dell.com to get your organization signed up.
A personal email address will cause this error as well.
Why don’t I see MPP discounts on Dell.com?
MPP discount prices are not reflected on Dell.com. Visit your organization ’s MPP URL, click the “Get Coupon” button, enter your organization email address, and your coupon will be sent by email to stack on top of Dell.com promotions (some exclusions apply).
Can I share my MPP with my friends or family?
To receive your coupon, you will need to enter a valid work email in the coupon generator. Once you receive your exclusive MPP coupon, you can then share the code with family and friends. Limit of 3 coupons per quarter.
