  1. Why am I getting an error message when I enter my email address?

You may have entered a misspelled or invalid email address that does not contain a domain of an academic institution in Canada.  If you got a "No coupons available at this time" error message, you may have exceeded the number of coupons allowed which is 2 coupons per customer per month.

 

  1. Can I share my coupon with others?
    You can share your coupon with a friend or family member.
  2. Can I combine coupon codes for additional savings?
    Unfortunately no, coupons are limited to one per transaction.
  3. Who is eligible?
    To receive the coupon code with the discount, you must be a student with valid academic email address that has your school domain. Example: johntest@utoronto.ca
  4. Your university/school email address was not recognized as eligible and you want to be part of Student Purchase Program?

6.    Why didn't I receive my coupon via email?

Please check your junk email folder first then email us at: Canada_MPP@Dell.com

 

7.    Can I use the coupon code anywhere?

No, the coupon code is applicable only to exclusive PC offers on dell.ca Dell University page and to select Dell branded accessories. Also, the coupon code is redeemable only on the Dell online store and cannot be used on Dell outlet store or others retail partners
