  • You have entered an incorrect Unique ID password. Please check the password is not misspelled, there is no space before or after, then check with your academic institution.
  • Your institutions allowance of redemptions has been exceeded. Please contact the dell advantage team for support or more info at dell.advantage.k12@dell.com
  • Your academic institution is not enrolled to our programme, please check with your school or college before emailing us.
