The following reasons could explain why your email address did not work during the registration process:

  • You have entered your email incorrectly. Please double check spelling and try again.
  • You have entered a personal email address (public domain) name as instead of using your academic email address.
  • You entered a personal email address due to you not having a work email address. Solution exits for deskless employees. Please send an email to Dell_Advantage_EMEA@dell.com

Another reason could be that we have no record of your school’s email domain. Please allow up to 72hrs for our records to reflect your domain.

If after three days you are still unable to retrieve your coupon, please feel free to send an email to Dell_Advantage_EMEA@dell.com, so we may assist you further.

Please note that this is for issues with vouchers only. We do not handle order requests, status updates, questions about models, configurations and colors or any other order & product related queries.
